Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged.
Where did you subscribe?
Subscriptions are managed by the platform you bought them through.
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Owulo Skin and tap Cancel Subscription. Or use the link below on your iPhone.
Manage on the App StoreOpen the Play Store, tap your profile picture, tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose Owulo Skin and tap Cancel subscription. Or use the link below.
Manage on Google PlaySign in with your Owulo account email and password and we will cancel the renewal with PayFast for you, right here. You can also cancel inside the app under Settings → Subscription.
Signed up with Google or Apple, or forgotten your password? Cancel inside the app under Settings → Subscription, or email support@owulo.com from your account email and we will do it within one working day.
Refunds: we do not refund unused time on a subscription. Purchases through Apple or Google follow their refund policies. If you think you were charged in error, email support@owulo.com. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
